Obituary

Angela Bulhoes, age 50, of Malvern, passed away peacefully on Sunday, September 13, 2026 surrounded by her loving family. She was born May 24, 1976, in Hot Springs, Arkansas to Thomas and Marsha (Cowart) McElroy. She was a teacher in the Pulaski County School District for many years and most recently taught within the Malvern School District at Wilson Intermediate. She was a member of Geyer Springs Baptist Church. Angela will be forever remembered by her big smile and her many words of encouragement for everyone she met. She enjoyed traveling, with her favorite place to go being the beach, as well as photography.

She is preceded in death by her sister, Brandi Chancellor; and her grandparents.

Left to cherish her memory are her husband of 30 years, Manuel “Chip” Bulhoes; sons, Jackson and Langston Bulhoes of Malvern; bonus daughter, Emily (Trevor) Gray (Oliver); parents, Tom and Marsha McElroy of Hot Springs; and brother, Jeremy Taylor of Caddo Gap.

A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, September 19, at 12:00 noon at Regency Funeral Home with Bro. Jeff Hill officiating. Visitation will begin at 11:00 AM prior to the service.

Memorials may be made to the Hope in Hard Times Scholarship, 525 E. Highland, Malvern, AR 72104.
