Anita Faye Bane, age 82, of Malvern, AR, passed away on Thursday, May 1, 2025. She was born on April 29, 1943, in Prattsville, AR, the daughter of William and Arrie Mooney Corley. Anita was a member of Emmanuel Missionary Baptist Church and loved spending time with her family and grandkids.

Anita is preceded in death by her parents; husband, James Bane; brothers, Walter Corley, Milton Corely, Maurice Corley; sisters, Mary Gill, Winnie Speed; son, Craig Chancellor; 2 nephews; 2 great nephews and 3 great nieces.

Left to cherish her memory, son, Danny Bane (Sonya) of Lono; daughter, Susan Smith of Branson, MO; grandchildren, Mollie Hill (Jason), Danielle Crosby (Dolph), Ambrus Presley (John), and Anna Cole (Jared); great-grandchildren, Allyson, Hunter (Briana), Kayson, Garrison, Ashlynn, Peyton, Madalynn, Aynslee, Shelby, Kaylee, Henry, Hank, and George; great-great grandchildren, Hazel, Ava, Koen, Ruby, and Deimos; 9 nieces and 5 nephews; numerous great nieces and nephews and great-great nieces and nephews.

Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, May 8th, at 2pm, at Regency Funeral Home, with Bro. Jerry Grimes officiating. Burial to follow at Oak Ridge Cemetery.

Pallbearers are Ken Green, Dolph Crosby, Jason Hill, Albert Speed, Hunter Hoover, and Anthony Grinnell.
