Anna Boyd Marshall Lindvall, age 98, passed away at her home on February 8, 2022. She was born in Rolla, Arkansas on June 3, 1923, to Hough H. and Mary Theresa Marshall.  She attended Malvern Schools where she was an honor graduate.

She married John Hales Lindvall on May 4, 1947. Anna was a member of the First Baptist Church where she sang in the Adult Choir and taught the primary choir.  She helped establish the church library and worked on the committee for several years.

She was a member of the Green Thumb Garden Club where she enjoyed working with flowers. She was a Master Flower Show Judge and served as State President of the Council of Flower Show Judges. She was a member of Chapter B.C. P.E.O which is an Educational Organization furthering the education of young women.

Anna loved music, arts, and handcrafts. She also loved to china paint for her own enjoyment. She did her own gardening and loved to help others in their planning. She was also a lover of birds.

Anna is preceded in death by her parents, her sister, Myrtle Reba Marshall, her two brothers Hubert Hough Marshall and Lambert Lynn Marshall along with her husband of 49 years, John Hales Lindvall and grandson-in-law Brent William Scrimshire. She is survived by her two daughters, Theresa and Ricky Doss and Reba and Rickey Fitzhugh, four grandchildren, Sara Doss and John Doss, J.R. Fitzhugh and Rachel Scrimshire. Anna also had seven great-grandchildren, Patrick and Elise Doss, Jaxon, Ellyanna, and Lucy Fitzhugh and Wyatt and Riverlyn Scrimshire.

A visitation will be held at Regency Funeral Home Friday February 11, 2022 from 4-7pm.  Memorials can be made to the Hot Spring County Library.
