Barbara Ann Loser Manning, 73, of Malvern passed away on Saturday, July 29, 2023. Barbara was born on December 9, 1949, in McAllen, TX, the daughter of the late Harold and Doris Johnson Loser. Barbara worked as a dental hygienist. She was a member of First United Methodist Church and attended the Gladwin Connell Sunday School Class.  She was also a member of the Jr. Service League, the PEO, and volunteered with the United Methodist Women. Barbara loved the lake, being outdoors with her dogs, playing cards, bunco, being with family, making people laugh, enjoyed walking and Zumba.

She was preceded in death by her parents Harold and Doris Johnson Loser, and nephew Tim Loser.

Left to cherish her memory, husband of 52 years, William (Bill) Manning III; son, Bradley Dale Manning of Malvern; daughter, Brooke Tidball (Gary) of Lonsdale; brothers, Retired Colonel (USAF) Greg Loser (Valita) of San Antonio, TX., Don Loser of Bentonville; sister, Kathy Loser Pennington of Conway, and numerous nieces and nephews.

Services will be held on Friday, August 4 at 3:00pm at Regency Funeral Home with Rev. Dr. J. Earl Coker and Rev. Bruce Bennett officiating. The visitation will be at 2:00pm until the service time.

The family would like to give special thanks to all of Barbara's caregivers; Sherrie Hale, Kim Lealie, Kelly Purifoy, Linda Fite, Sarah Loy, and Tonya Childers; and to Bill, Brooke, and Brad who did an amazing job taking care of her and keeping her entertained at home, where she wanted to be.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Arkansas Alzheimer's Association, AR Hospice, or plant a tree in her memory.
