Bernard Bowdle, age 82, of Malvern passed away Friday, August 16, 2024 at his home. He was born February 23, 1942, in Malvern, the son of the late Donnie and Iris Roberts Bowdle. He was of the Baptist faith. He served in the US Navy. He was a master woodworker and carpenter. He enjoyed skiing, camping, motorcycle rocket runs, dirt bike races, playing horseshoes and reminiscing with family and friends.

Other than his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers, Robert Bowdle, Donald Ray Bowdle, and sister, Patsy Ruth Howell.

Survivors, include wife of 58 years, Christine Bowdle; children Jason Bowdle (Connie); Kelli Bowdle, and Brandi Bowdle-Hughes (Matthew) all of Malvern; grandchildren, Emily Bowdle, Matison Daniels, Chloe and Emma Hughes and numerous nieces and nephews.

Bernard's celebration of life will be Thursday August 22, 2024 from 6PM until 8PM at Regency Funeral Home.

The family would like to give special thanks to Encore Health and Rehab, Elite Hospice, VA Hospital, and the VA Hot Springs Clinic for all the care and love given to Bernard.
