Bertha Morrison Honold, 81, of Malvern passed away on August 7, 2023. Bertha was born June 19, 1942, in Lake Village, AR, the daughter of William Henry Pruitt and Lela Roberts. Bertha was a homemaker and enjoyed taking care of her family and playing cards. She was a member of Friendship Missionary Baptist Church and the Malvern Moose Lodge.

Bertha is preceded in death by her father William Pruitt and mother Lela Roberts; first husband, Jessie Morrison, and her twelve siblings.

Left to cherish in her memory, husband, Donald Honold; sons, Clifford Morrison (Deanna) of Friendship, AR, Denver Morrison (Monica), Gerald Morrison of Donaldson, AR, Willard Morrison (Terri) of Malvern, AR; daughters, Jan Kirk (Steve) of Malvern, AR, Ronnia Lane of Malvern, AR; stepsons, Chuck Honold (Gina) of Malvern, Keith Honold (Karen) of Malvern, and Kevin Honold (Alana) of Malvern, AR; fourteen grandchildren, eighteen great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.

Services will be held on Saturday, August 12 at 10 am at Gilchrist Cemetery in Friendship, AR. Visitation will be held from 9-10 am, August 12, at Gilchrist Cemetery. Pallbearers will be her grandsons and honorary pallbearers will be her granddaughters.

In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to Friendship Missionary Baptist Church.
