William Larry (Bill) Orlicek, age 65, of Malvern, passed away Friday February 27, 2026. He was born on December 13, 1960, in Hattiesburg, Mississippi to the late Larry and Diane (Foster) Orlicek.    He worked as an engineer at Reynolds Metal and was a follower of the Buddhist religion. Those who knew Bill will tell you that he never met a stranger and that he always lived his life to the fullest.  His most favorite things in the whole world were his 2 granddaughters.  When he wasn't spending time with them, you could find him flying his plane, kayaking, fishing, or racing motorcycles.  He was a member of the Super Moto Racing Club.

He is preceded in death by his parents.

Survivors include his brother, Wes Shamhart "Baby Brother" of Benton; his 2 grand-daughters; his beloved animals, his dog, Cota and cat, Obama ; his last love, Penelope; and a host of friends that will miss him dearly.

There will be a Celebration of Life held on Saturday March 7, at 1:00 PM at Regency Funeral Home with Shelby Smith officiating.

Honorary Pallbearers are the remaining members of the "Fab Five" -  Chewy, Rex, JaBones, and Johnny.
