Brenda Louise Honea Barnett, age 71, of Malvern, AR, went to be with her Savior on November 13th, 2023. Brenda was the daughter of John and Toye Honea, born August 28, 1952. Brenda lived most of her life in Malvern where she was a substitute teacher for 30 years and was known lovingly as "Mrs. B" by all her students. Brenda was very artistic and enjoyed painting and reading. She was a devoted member of Ten Mile Baptist Church in Lonsdale. She departed this life surrounded by her family.

Brenda is preceded in death by her parents John and Toye Honea and brother, Jackie Don Duren.

Left to cherish her memory, husband of 23 years, Bob Barnett; daughter, Jennifer Osteen (Paul) of Texas; sons, Robert Mickens (Christi), Patrick Mickens (Jessie), Jake Barnett (Cheri), Aaron (Mikayla) Barnett, and Eric Barnett; grandchildren, Georgia, Olivia, Sophia, Jackson, and Matt Osteen, Kylie, Raeleigh, and Addison Mickens, Maria Oakley, Karlee, River, Brynlee, and Baby Barnett; brother, James Duren (Anne); sisters, Kalah Looney and Tommie Hall; and numerous nieces and nephews.

A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, November 18, at 11am, at Regency Funeral Home, with Bro. Kevin Hunt officiating.
