Carole Rook age 84 of Malvern passed away December 3, 2021.  She was born December 28, 1936 in Prescott AR to John and Jewell Bucannon Lewis.  Carole was a homemaker, a member of the East Mill Church of Christ Church.  She loved to collect Salt and Pepper Shakers, butterfly ornaments and in her younger years, go fishing.

Survivors include her children: Michael (Barbara) Lindsey, Kim (Charles) Rodgers, and Pam (Benny) Fajkus.

Graveside services will be 10:00am Wednesday December 8, 2021 at Pleasant Hill Cemetery in Prescott on Hwy 19.
