Carrol R. Hughes, age 74, of the DeRoche Community, passed away Wednesday, March 25, 2026.  He was born April 14, 1951 to the late Clyde and Adell (Hall) Hughes.  He was a veteran of the U. S. Army and worked as an electrician.

He is preceded in death by his parents and partner, Brenda Jackson.

Survivors include his daughter, Traci Hughes-Henderson (C.J.) of Pottsville; son, Danny Hughes (Summer) of Malvern; grandchildren, Tyger, Keira, Canyn, Aerabella, Brantlee, and Kateleigh; brother, Carl Hughes of DeRoche; sisters, Joyce Morris of DeRoche and Shirley Jackson of Little Rock as well as several nieces and nephews including Carrie Cason and Charlie Morris.

Visitation will be held Sunday, March 29, from 6:00 to 8:00 PM at Regency Funeral Home.

Graveside Services will be held Monday, March 30, at 2:00 PM at Prairie Bayou Cemetery with Bro. Kelly Thomas officiating.

Pallbearers will be C. J. Henderson, Charlie Morris, Allen White, and Joe Wesson.
