Charlene Witherspoon Ross age 78, of Magnet Cove passed away Monday December 30, 2024, at her home. She was born November 9, 1946, Malvern the daughter of Charles and Cleo Tugwell Witherspoon. Charlene was a Magnet Cove High School Class of 1965, a meat wrapper for Safeway and Huckaby's for many years, was very involved with HSC 4-H, HSC Cattleman's Association, and was a member of the Magnet Cove Missionary Baptist Church. Her family was her greatest love, especially her kids and grandchildren, loved to cook, and go on shopping trips with her sister-in-law's.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Left to cherish her memory are her husband of 59 years, Charles Ross, son Tommy Ross (Kelly), daughter, Tammy Nitch (Jay) all of Magnet Cove, brothers, Jerry Witherspoon of Bryant, and Larry Witherspoon of Houston, TX., and sister, Martha Harkins (Jim) of Bryant, grandchildren, Colton Ross (Brittney), Jerry Ross, Ross Nitch (Jaycie), Jayce Nitch, and Levi Ross, great-grandchildren, Ruby Ross and Briar Nitch, and numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be Friday, January 3, 2025, from 1pm-2pm at Regency Funeral Home.

Funeral Services will begin at 2PM in the Regency Chapel with Brother David Carroll officiating. Burial will follow in Price Cemetery.

Pallbearers are her grandsons, Colton Ross, Ross Nitch, Jerry Ross, Jayce Nitch, Russell Corley, James and Levi Ross.

The family would like to especially thank caregivers, Lynn Balentine, Connie Phelps, Jeannie Smoke and Amber Trigg.

In Lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Price Cemetery Association.
