Charles Fred Spence, who joined his Savior at the age of 79, was predeceased by his father, Carl F. Spence; mother, Hilda Ives Spence; brother, Richard Ives Spence and one nephew.  Throughout his entire life, Charles considered his church as family.

He is survived by his sisters, Carla Spence Greenhalgh and Rebecca Jane Spence; sister-in-law, Regina Spence and nine grandnephews and nieces.

A memorial service will be held Sunday, October 23 at 8:30am at First United Methodist Church, in Malvern.
