Charlotte Parker Burks, age 74, of Oak Grove, AR, passed away on Friday, January 24, 2025 at CHI St. Vincent – Hot Springs. She was born on September 24, 1950, in Malvern, AR, the daughter of James and Birdean Ragland Parker. She worked as an Admissions Clerk at the Baptist Health Medical Center - Hot Spring Co. for many years. Charlotte enjoyed cooking, watching Brenda Gant cooking shows, and spending time with her grandkids and family.

Charlotte is preceded in death by her parents; husband of 53 years, Larry Burks; brothers, James (Bud) Parker and David Parker; brother in-law, Bobby Kinney; sister in-laws, Thelma Ray and Katherine Elliott; nephews, Gary Ray and Randy Elliott; niece, Deanna Parker; and cousin, Scotty Roberson.

Left to cherish her memory, son, Zachery Burks (Brittany) of Oak Grove; daughter, Gina Renee Fronte of Oak Grove; sisters, Sheila Kinney of Magnet Cove and Linda Lambertus (Larry) of Glen Rose; grandchildren, Tyler Burks (Jenna), Caitlin Stair (Joshua), Jordan Keeling (Jonathan); great-grandchildren, Gavin Erwin, Aspen Erwin, Samuel Keeling, Ryann Stair and Reagan Stair; numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins; and numerous grand-dogs and one special grand-cat, Kitty.

Visitation will be held on Friday, Jan. 31st, from 6-8pm at Regency Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, February, 1st at 10am. Burial to follow at Caney Cemetery.

Pallbearers are Tyler Burks, Josh Stair, Jonathan Keeling, Gavin Erwin, Preston Sawyer, and Chris Elliott.
