Cliff Yarbrough, 80, of Malvern completed his earthly journey on Thursday, June 8, 2023. He was born June 1, 1943, in Stephens, Arkansas the son of the late Eugene and Exibe Watson Yarbrough. Clifton retired from Anthony Timberlands. He was a member of Greater New Hope Baptist Church, where he was the lead guitarist and a member of Brotherhood Ministries. Other than his parents, he is preceded in death by five sisters and two brothers.
Left to cherish his memory are his wife, whom he married on October 14, 2007, Ethel Yarbrough; daughters, Laurita Massey (Jeff) of Texarkana, AR and Kirstin Smith of Malvern; sisters, Exie Gene Joe of Malvern and Mary Frederick (James) of Temecula, California; grandchildren, Tyson Glover, Sara Massey, Elijah Richards, Josiah Richards and Aiden Smith and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held Friday, June 16 from 5:00-7:00pm at Regency Funeral Home.
A homegoing celebration will be held Saturday, June 17 at 11:00am at Greater New Hope Baptist Church with Brother J.O.T Lea officiating. Burial will follow at Perla Gate Cemetery.
