Debra Dyess, age 71, of Malvern, passed away Wednesday, September 2, 2026 at CHI in Hot Springs. She was born August 24, 1955, to the late Victor and Wanda (Rodgers) Barnes. She was a homemaker and enjoyed gardening and flowers. She loved children and at one time had an in-home daycare in her home.

She is preceded in death by her parents.

Survivors include her husband, Bradley Dyess; daughter, Angela Staley (Chad) of Malvern; granddaughter, Madison Staley; great-grandson, Brooks Staley; and brother, Richard Barnes (Thelma) of Jacksonville, Florida.

Per her request, no services will be held.
