Diane McClard age 63, of Bismarck passed away Friday April 18, 2025, at CHI Hot Springs. She was born August 23, 1961 in Hot Springs, the daughter of Morris W. and Sue Lemons Collie. She was a teacher having taught in Prescott and retiring from Malvern High School. Diane was of the Baptist faith and loved her flower gardens, birds, fishing, was an animal lover, but her greatest love of her life were her children and grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her father.

Left to cherish her memory are her mother, Sue Collie of West Monroe, LA., son Jeremy McClard, daughter Heather Venable (Justin Buck) all of Bismarck, sister, Brenda McCallum of West Monroe, LA., three grandchildren, Hannah Bearden, Lorelai Venable and Jackson Venable and numerous nieces and nephews and a host of friends.

Visitation will be Tuesday April 22, from 6PM-8PM at Regency Funeral Home.

Funeral Services will be Wednesday April 23, at 10AM in the Regency Chapel with Brother Milton Paredes officiating. Burial will follow in Prairie Bayou Cemetery.

Pallbearers are Britt Hughes, Jason Engle, Wayne McClard, Scott McCallum, Justin Buck, Randy Orr, and Buddy Hodges. Honorary pallbearer is Jeremy McClard.

The family wants to give special thanks to CHI ICU nurses Brandon and Hannah and Arkansas Hospice nurse Robin.

Memorials may be made to the Prairie Bayou Cemetery Association.
