Donald (Don) Collins age 92 of Malvern passed away Saturday June 17, 2023, at Baptist Health Hot Spring County. He was born January 26, 1931, in Lono, Arkansas the son of Tilman and Virda Mackey Collins. He was a U.S. Navy veteran, crane operator for Reynolds Metal for many years, a member of the Arkansas Legislature House of Representatives for six years. Don was also a member of the Rockport Masonic Lodge #58 and was of the Baptist faith.

He as preceded in death by his parents, Tilman and Virda Collins, wife, Elizabeth Carolyn "Libby" Collins, granddaughter, Christen Nicole Collins, and three sisters, Carrie Pate, Louise Walker, and Willie Mae Merryman.

Survivors are his sons, Don Collins (Natalie), Vernon Collins, daughter, Carolyn (Kay) Dybalski (Ken), all of Malvern, Grandchildren, Amy Walters Durham (Robert), Josh Collins (Stacie), Kim Sims (Aaron), Hunter Dybalski and Nicole Woods (Michael); Great-grandchildren, Cortland (Johnnie), Brianne (Ryan), Josie, Azoey, Cory, Madi, Elizabeth, Ella, Jaxon, Kaylee, Kenadee, and Olivia; Great-great-grandchildren, Meadow, Karter, and Zeke, numerous nieces and nephews and a host of friends.

Visitation will be Thursday, June 22, from 5PM until 7PM at Regency Funeral Home.

Funeral Services will be Friday June 23, 2023, at 10AM in the Regency Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in Lono Cemetery.

Pallbearers are Josh Collins, Robert Durham, Cortland Durham, Aaron Sims, and Michael Woods. Honorary Pallbearers are Wes and Harold Pate and Delman Merryman.
