Donna Tiernan, age 73, of Malvern passed away on Wednesday, November 3, 2021.  She was born on February 11, 1948, in Malvern, the daughter of the late James E. and Daisy Faye Reynolds Otts.  Donna retired from J.J.'s Truck Stop, where she worked for over 50 years and retired from Arkansas Health Center.  Other than her parents, she is preceded in death by her sister, Phillis Dian Otts and great granddaughter, Lilie Rose Bowen-Simpson.

Survivors, son, Shannon Tiernan (Melissa) of Hot Springs; daughter, Robin Sullivent of Hot Springs; brother, Rick Otts (Jodie) of Gallatin, TN; sisters, Pat Otts of Gallatin, TN and Hazel Davidson (Bill) of Fruitland Park, FL; grandchildren, Kaylee Sullivent, Baylee Murders, Chesley Bowen (Brittney) and Noah Tiernan and great grandchildren, Archer Murders,   Declan Allen, Rylee Bowen "Pea Pod" and Preston Bowen.  Donna is also survived by her extended family at J.J.'s Truck Stop.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 6 at 2:00pm at Regency Funeral Home with Pastor Ken Carney officiating.
