Obituary

Floyd (Hitler) Wilson Jr. age 70, of Poyen, passed away Saturday, November 16, 2024, in Little Rock. He was born April 22, 1954, to Floyd Milton Sr. and Sybil Marie (White) Wilson. Hitler was born to be behind a wheel of a car or truck. He enjoyed being on the road, in the woods as a truck driver for 40 years. When he wasn't working, you could find him in the woods hunting, fishing or on a creek bank, spending time at his cabin and attending car shows. He loved his antique cars and valued all the makes and models of vintage cars.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Survivors are his wife of fifty-one years, Gail (Edwards) Wilson; a son, Shawn Wilson (Daisy) of San Diego, California; two brothers, Ray Sims (Julie) of Malvern and Mike Sims (Michelle) of Amity; one sister, Vicky Bennings of Benton; one grandchild, Jamie Wilson; numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be 1:00 until 2:00 PM Wednesday, November 20th at Regency Funeral Home. A graveside service will follow at 2:30 PM at Lindsey-Poyen Cemetery with Rev. David Lengefield officiating.

Pallbearers will be Brian Bennings, Tim Miller, Ray Sims, Jeff Miller, Mike Sims, and Kaylan Miller.

Honorary pallbearers are his many cousins that were like brothers to him.
