Frankie Strother Boles, age 80, of Friendship passed away Sunday, November 13, 2022 at Encore Healthcare. She was born September 6, 1942, in Malvern, the daughter of Millard and Dolly McMahan Strother. She was a homemaker and had worked for the Ouachita School District in the cafeteria. Frankie was longtime member of the Friendship Missionary Baptist Church where she served as Church Clerk for many years. She loved the outdoors, gardening, her flowers, but most of all her family.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband of sixty years, Cordell Boles; granddaughter, Crystal Cansler; brother, Pee Wee Strother; sister, Martha Lou Strother and brother-in-law, Randy Ashley.

Survivors are her sons, Gary Boles, Darrell Boles (wife, Stephanie); daughters, Pam Cansler (husband, Mike) and Sandie Miller (husband, Kenny) all of Friendship; grandchildren, Blake Cansler (wife, Courtney), Heather Lee (husband, Aaron), Holly Bean (husband, Marshall), and Holton Boles (wife, Hannah) and great-grandchildren, Rielyn and Sutton Cansler, Caden and Cameron Lee, Gavin and Gracelyn Bean, and Tatum and Joanna Boles; sister, Ginger Ashley of Hickory Grove; sister-in-law, Barbara Strother of Friendship and numerous nieces and nephews.

No visitation is planned.

Graveside services are 11AM Tuesday, November 15 at Gilchrist Cemetery with Brother Josh Stacy and Brother Billy Bosley officiating. Pallbearers are Blake Cansler, Aaron Lee, Marshall Bean, Holton Boles, Gavin Bean, and Caden Lee.

The family want a special thanks to Encore nurses and staff for their loving care of Frankie.
