Gary Lamont Henderson passed away peacefully at his home on Monday, December 13, 2021, at the age of 85, surrounded by his family.  Gary was an artist and enjoyed drawing, sketching and woodworking.  You could always find him tinkering on something.  He loved the outdoors, hunting, fishing and bird watching.  But mostly he loved spending time with his family.

Gary is survived by his wife of 63 years, Emma Lois Henderson; sister, Margaret Ann Bowman of Katy, Texas; four children, Curt Henderson (wife, Angie), David Henderson (wife, Theresa) of Malvern, Kathy Henderson of Rogersville, MO and Alan Henderson of Friendship and seven grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, December 16 at 2:00pm at Regency Funeral Home with Justin Henderson officiating. Visitation will begin at 12:30pm.  Burial will follow at Caney Memorial Cemetery.  Pallbearers will be Justin Henderson, Dylan Henderson, Jeff Henderson, Barrett Henderson, Zach Henderson and Cole Chancellor.
