Gloria George, 74, of Donaldson passed away on Saturday, April 1, 2023 at her home.  She was born September 11, 1948, in Arkadelphia, the daughter of the late Elwood and Louise Peeples Bryant.  Gloria graduated from Ouachita High School in 1966.  She was the Postmaster at the Donaldson Post Office for 25 years.  She loved listening music, especially the George Girls, crocheting and bluegrass music.  Other than her parents, she is preceded in death by her brothers, Lewis Bryant and Kelvin Bryant; daughter, Cheryl McKim and grandson, Noah Wayne George.

Survivors, husband of 57 years, Bobby George of Donaldson; son, Kenneth Wayne George of Wasilla, Alaska; brother, Melvin Bryant of Donaldson; six grandchildren, twenty great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held Thursday, April 6 at 10:00am at Regency Funeral Home with Brother Johnny Brewster officiating.

The family would like to give a special thanks to Dr. Shane Higginbotham and his staff, Arkansas Hospice and Corbin McCormick.
