Harold "Mad Dog" Higgins, 52, of Malvern passed away on Monday, November 28, 2022.  He was born May 4, 1970, in Little Rock, the son of Bobby Harold and Alice Faye Whitson Higgins.  Harold worked at Martin Marietta as a heavy equipment operator.  He attended Antioch Assembly of God Church and was a member of the Malvern Gun Club.  Harold loved reading, fishing, hunting and picking on others.  He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Minnie and Cecil Whitson, Abe and Reba Higgins; uncles, DeWayne Whitson and Nathan Higgins; father-in-law, Steve Kidder and cousin, Donald Wayne Higgins.

Left to cherish his memories are his parents, Bobby and Alice Higgins of Malvern; wife of 19 years, Jenny Higgins; daughter, Samantha Linn (Tyler Cochran) of Malvern; sister, Rebecca Ivy (Darren) of the Round Hill Community; grandchildren, Cooper Collins and Gracey Cochran; mother-in-law, Lynn Kidder of Malvern and nieces and nephews, Rex Ivy, Lidia Ivy and Will Ivy.

Funeral services will be held Monday, December 5 at 2:00pm at Regency Funeral Home with Brother Ricky Meeks and Johnny George Higgins officiating.  Visitation will be held from 12:00-2:00pm.  Burial will follow at Pleasant Hill Cemetery in Donaldson.  Pallbearers will be Joey Kendrick, Kendall Spurlin, Jonathan Farber, Lance Davis, Robert Hanley, Chris Bozeman, Johnny George Higgins and Jonathon Collins.  Honorary pallbearers will be Martin Marietta staff and employees and his oil field family.

In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to HSC Library Children's Section.
