Obituary

Harold Hardin, age 62, of Malvern passed away on Tuesday, October 19, 2021 at his home.  He was born on March 3, 1959, in Pine Bluff, the son of the late Claude Edmond "Ed" and Edna Shipman Hardin.  Harold was a graduate of Poyen High School Class of 1977, worked in the car business for many years, and was a member of Trinity Baptist Church and served as head Deacon, was a Sunday school teacher and was always there for anything the church needed.  He loved telling others about his Lord and Savior.

Survivors, wife of 39 years, Pamela "Pam" Bennett Hardin of Malvern; brothers, Claude Hardin (Betty), Hollis Hardin (Donna) and Travis "Bo" Hardin all of Poyen; sisters, Glenda Darnell of Sheridan and Pam Pilcher of the Antioch Community; brother and sister-in-law, Alan Cate (Lori) of Alexander, his fur babies, Abigail and Sassafras and numerous nieces and nephews.

Celebration of Life services will be held on Saturday, October 23 at 11:00am at Trinity Baptist Church with Brother Tim Carpenter and Brother Ronnie Hardin officiating.  Honorary pallbearers will be Bill Brown, James Duren and L.D. Horn.

A special thanks from the family goes to Kindred Hospice, especially Gaye Buttery.
