Homer Lee McCloud Jr., age 79, of Malvern, passed away Saturday December 13, 2025. He was born September 10, 1946 to the late Homer Lee Sr. and Dorothy Mae (Hodges) McCloud.  He was a U.S. Army National Guard veteran.  He worked at Coleman Dairy as a supervisor for 36 years.  He loved to read and when he wasn't reading you would most likely find him outdoors hiking or fishing or just enjoying nature around him.

He is preceded in death by his parents Homer Lee (Sr.) and Dorothy Mae (Hodges) McCloud, and one son, Tim McCloud.

He is survived by his loving wife of 62 years, Ruth Marie (Robertson) McCloud; sons, Robert McCloud of Gifford, Glenn McCloud of North Little Rock, and Brian McCloud of Gifford; brothers, Marvin McCloud of Jacksonville, AR and Blane McCloud (Shirley) of Cabot; sister, Dorena Kitchens (Joe) of Haskell; six grandchildren, nine great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
