Howard Whitley, age 79, of Oak Grove, AR, passed away on Tuesday, May 7, 2024. He was born on December 23, 1944, in Malvern, AR, the son of Echols and Juanita Tillery Whitley. Howard served in the Arkansas National Guard and retired from Reynolds then began cattle farming and poultry farming. He then went on to contracting and land development. Howard attended Prairie Bayou Church of Christ and Oak Grove Assembly of God. He was also a member of the Oak Grove Hunting Club.

Howard is preceded in death by his parents.

Left to cherish his memory, sons, Allan Whitley of Malvern and Chirs Whitley of Bismarck; brother, David Whitley (Patsy) of Antioch; grandchildren, Hunter Whitley (Paige), Catelyn Whitley, Derek Whitley, and Sarah Whitley; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be on Friday, May 10th from 6-8pm at Regency Funeral Home Chapel.

Graveside Services will be held on Saturday, May 11th at 10am, at Lone Hill Cemetery, with Kelly Thomas officiating.
