Ida Faye Collier Underwood, age 80, of Malvern passed away on Monday, January 10, 2022 at her home.  She was born on July 6, 1941, in Cedar Glades, AR the daughter of the late Cecil and Gladys Marie Sharp Collier.  Faye was a retired music teacher and enjoyed teaching the children about music.  She enjoyed playing the piano for her church choirs and many quartets and had the joy of music in her heart. Faye was a loving sister, mother and family member. She was a member of Alamo Heights Church in Port Lavaca, Texas.  Other than her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Jefferson Monroe Underwood and son, Wesley Underwood.

Survivors, son, Dennis Underwood (Bridgett) of Malvern; daughter, Sandra Underwood of Henderson, NV; brother, Larry Collier (Joan) of Hot Springs; sister, Sheri Parkyn (Adrian); grandson, Randy Underwood and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

Visitation will be on Thursday, January 13 from 6:00-7:00pm at Regency Funeral Home.

Burial service will be Friday, January 14 at 2:00pm at Lone Hill Cemetery with Brother Brad Warren.

A family graveside service will be held at a later date.
