Jack Glaze, age 92 of Malvern passed away Sunday April 26, 2026 at Encore Health and Rehab. He was born December 5, 1933 in Amity, Arkansas the son of Benjamin Franklin (BF) and Vivion Thomas Glaze. He was a U.S. Navy Veteran, worked for Reynolds Reduction Mill and retired from there after 37 years as a security guard. He was of the Baptist faith. Jack enjoyed watching baseball and football and loved to deer hunting.

He was preceded in death by his parents, wife Jo Ann Glaze, brother Melvin Glaze, sister, Annie Glaze and numerous other siblings, grandson B.J. Glaze Jr., great-great granddaughter, Ava Thornberry, the mother of his children, Maxine Glaze.

Survivors are his son, Billy Jack Glaze (Sherry) of Rockport, daughter, Glenda Glaze of Malvern, grandchildren, Max McDougal (Carol), Steven McDougal  (Jana), Justyn Bond, Jennifer Glaze, Cullen Glaze (Christa), Jennifer Bell (Travis) and Janessa Martin (Erick); great-grandchildren, Makyla Thornberry (Scott), Magan Marcum(Justin), Gabby Munson (DC), Hunter McDougal, Collin Duncan, Cristen Duncan, Sydney Bell and Brayden Johnson; Great-great grandchild Ryat Thornberry, Jade and Briar Marcum, Charli Munson, Athena and Logan McDougal and numerous nieces and nephews.

Graveside services will be held Wednesday, April 29, 2026 at 2PM at Rockport Memorial Gardens with visitation beginning at 1:30 PM until service time at cemetery.

Honorary pallbearers are Jesse Cranford, John Harmon, Reynolds Reduction Co-workers, and Pullen Hunting Club members.
