Jacky "Motorjack" McConnell, age 67, of Hot Springs, passed away Friday September 17, 2021 in a Hot Springs hospital. He was born April 26, 1954 in Hot Springs, the son of Melvin Eugene and Bessie Lucille Harrison McConnell. He was a control operator in manufacturing for many years, but was a jack of all trades he tried. He attended Harveys Chapel Baptist Church. Jacky loved his grandchildren, gardening, fishing, fixing things for others, working in the hay fields, and just tinkering with anything that needed fixed.

He was preceded in death by his parents; son, Bradley Robert McConnell and sister, Patsy Sharp.

Survivors are his wife, of 47 years, Vicki McConnell; son, Brady McConnell (wife Sharon) of Hot Springs; daughter, Brandi Daley (husband Colin) of Mountain Pine; brother, Wesley McConnell (wife Edith) of Mountain Pine; grandchildren, Austin and Ashley Corely, Samantha McConnell, Travis and Jessica Potts and Courtland, Landen, and Dylan Daley; nine great-grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews and host of other family members.

Funeral services will be Tuesday, September 21, at 2PM in the Regency Funeral Home Chapel with Brother Buddy Leamons officiating with visitation one hour prior to the service.  Burial in Pleasant Hill Cemetery near Donaldson.  Pallbearers are Brady McConnell, Dale Tucker, James West, Landen Daley, Cory Ditgen, Troy and Bruce McConnell. Honorary pallbearers are Dylan Daley, Blake Phillips, Brent Walton, Robbie McConnell, Corky McConnell, Johnathan Bates, Shaun Meny, Dale Ivy, and Austin Corely.
