Jacob Frazier, 27, of Malvern passed away on Wednesday, May 18, 2022 at his home.  He was born March 8, 1995, in Hot Springs, the son of the late Michael Joe Frazier and Susan Raelene Delassio Cooper.   Other than his parents, Jacob is preceded in death by his grandparents and sister, Angela Sweet.

He is survived by his son, Zeke Hattabaugh; daughter, AnaLeigh Mallot; brothers, Brian Frazier (Stephanie), Tony Frazier (Brittini), Zack Frazier (Shelby), Tony-Joe Simmons (Ashley), Devon Bennett (Whitney) and Jeremiah Frazier; sisters, Rachel Frazier, Heather Fuentez and Marklin Reynolds; bonus parents, Misty and Buddy King; nephews, Kolbie Frazier, Chase Frazier, Landon Frazier, Blake Frazier, Blayden Frazier, Kyle Frazier II, Lucus Keeling, Michael Keeling, Cross Bennett, Gabriel Stelz, Christian Stelz, Draven Simmons, Denvor Sweet, Joshua Frazier and Kolby Frazier and nieces, Peighton Frazier, Savanna Frazier, Zahava Frazier, Gabriella Weatherly, Annabelle Simmons, Alexandria Simmons, Isabelle Clark, Kendall Frazier, Jessica Luker, Haylee Luker and Hanna Luker.

Services will be held on Saturday, May 21 at 2:00pm at Regency Funeral Home with Brother Scott Nalley officiating.  Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service.  Burial will follow at Lower Antioch Cemetery.  Pallbearers will be Tony Frazier, Brian Frazier, Zack Frazier, Tony-Joe Simmons, Jeremiah Frazier, Devon Bennett, Thomas Woodruff and Logan Burrow.

The family would like to give a special thanks to his care team, Dr. Analiz Rodriguez, Dr. Harrell, Dr. Horta, Dr. Makhoul, Dr. Bollen and Dr. Laura Lester.
