Jasmine Riggan Elliott, 88, of Malvern passed away on Wednesday, October 5, 2022. She was born December 6, 1933, in Leola, the daughter of the late Elton Felix and Helen Martin Reid Riggan. Jasmine worked at the HSC Collector and Assessor's office for many years. She was a member of Emmanuel Missionary Baptist Church, the Disciples of Christ Sunday School Class and attended Second Baptist Church. She was a member of the P.E.O Sisterhood, Chapter BW. She was a seamstress and a great cook. Other than her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, whom she married on May 29, 1951, Lesil Edward Elliott; grandson, Van Tucker; great grandchild, Kai Lana Myers; brother, Norman Riggan and sister-in-law, Donna Riggan.
Survivors, daughters, Tina Elliott of Hot Springs, Ronda Paladino (Don) of Russellville, Sandra Peel (Richard) of Russellville and Shirley Elliott of Jersey, Arkansas; sisters, Elaine Raney of Fordyce, Pat Riggan (Tommy) of Brush Creek; grandchildren, Cole Dugan (Christy), Ginger Morris (Troy), Nick Paladino (Jennifer), Andy Paladino (Kimberly), Beth Spicer, Megan Myers (How) and Mallory Bryant (Cody); great grandchildren, Dalton Dugan (Sophie), Ashton Dugan, Baylee Dugan, Parker Dugan, Spence Paladino, Blakely Paladino, Beckett Paladino, Bennett Paladino, Bash Paladino, Zoey Bauch, Melody Bryant, Jamerson Myers, Logan Myers, Lani Myers, Harrison Spicer and Whitt Spicer and numerous nieces and nephews and a host of friends.
Graveside services will be Friday, October 7 at 11:00am at Lono Cemetery with Brother Alex Skinner officiating.
The family would like to give special thanks to her caregiver, Glenna Williams, Dr. Ray Bollen, Tom Eason and Bert Eason.
