Jessica O'Bar, 36, of Conway formerly of Malvern passed away on Wednesday, April 19, 2023. She was born November 18, 1986, in Danville, Arkansas the daughter of John O'Bar and Sandra Kay Van Meter O'Bar. Jessica worked as a waitress at Verona Italian Restaurant in Conway. She enjoyed playing the guitar and spending time with her children. She is preceded in death by her father, John O'Bar; brother, Mike Flournoy and her grandparents.

Survivors, mother and stepfather, Sandra and Danny Draper; daughters, Kaitlynn Plunk, Brooklynn Gray and Railynn Gray; son, Bryce Plunk; sister, Shonda Flournoy of Conway; half-sisters, Stephanie O'Bar Nicklaus (Johnny) and Misty O'Bar Jacobs (Denice) and numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be Monday, April 24 from 12:00-1:00pm at Regency Funeral Home.

Graveside services will be Monday, April 24 at 1:30pm at Francois Cemetery with Brother Kenny Shaddock officiating. Pallbearers will be Bryce Plunk, Danny Draper and Chris Plunk.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Regency Funeral Home to help cover Jessica's funeral expenses.
