Jim Chandler, age 93, of Haskell, passed away on January 2, 2024, at Encore. He was born on March 29, 1930, in Dierks, AR, the son of Benjamin and Jennie Shelton Chandler. Jim served in the U.S. Air Force and the U.S Army. He enjoyed hunting, gardening, and loved watching sports, especially the Arkansas Razorbacks.

He is preceded in death by his parents; wife, Frances Gibbs Chandler; and 5 brothers and 4 sisters.

Left to cherish his memory, son, Jimmy Chandler (Christie) of Glen Rose; daughter, Janet Davis of Jacksonville; granddaughter, Lauren Chandler (Fiancé-Hayden Hester) of Malvern; numerous nieces and nephews; and his dog, Angel.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday January 9, 2024, from 10-11am at Regency Funeral Home Chapel, with the Funeral Service starting at 11 am, with Rev. Jeff Ladd officiating.

Burial to follow at 3pm at Pinecrest Cemetery in Alexander, AR.
