Jo Sheridan, age 77, of Sheridan, passed away peacefully on Friday, July 24, 2026, surrounded by her family.  She was born January 31, 1949, to the late Glen and Irene (Cooper) McReynolds.  She was a housewife and enjoyed gardening, music, and collecting things for her yard.

Jo loved her family and was extremely proud of her three sons.  She was always a giving person with a hug and a smile and would help you if she could in any way. Even on her bad days, her smile was always bright.

She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, J. W. Sheridan; and sisters, Nancy and Judy Long.

Survivors include her sons, Gary Sheridan (Melissa) of Grapevine, Rickey Sheridan (Bonnie) of Glen Rose, and Ronnie Sheridan (April) of Benton; grandchildren, Samantha and Bradley Parker, Ashley and Taylor Mathis, Logan and Sarah Sheridan, Savannah and Josef Bennett, Sarah and Alec Crowder, and Miley Sheridan; great-grandchildren, Gunner, Carter, Lathin, Madalyn, Saylor, Harvey, and Collins; sister, Janice Stone; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins who will all miss her dearly.

Graveside Services will be held on Saturday, August 1, 2026 at 10:00 AM, at Davis Cemetery, with Bro. Brian Ferrell officiating.  Visitation will begin at 9:30 AM prior to the service.

Pallbearers will be Rickey Sheridan, Gary Sheridan, Ronnie Sheridan, Logan Sheridan, Bradley Parker, Gunner Parker, and Carter Mathis

Honorary Pallbearer will be Bradley Parker.
