Johnnie Garner, 81, of Bismarck passed away on Sunday, August 14, 2022 at her home.  She was born September 30, 1940, in Hot Springs, the daughter of the late John and Ethel Bennett Williams.  Johnnie was a member of Antioch Missionary Baptist Church.  She enjoyed arts and crafts and ceramics.  Other than her parents, she is preceded in death by her brother, Steven Williams.

Survivors, husband of 64 years, Jodie Ray Garner; sons, Greg Garner of Malvern and Shawn Garner of Hot Springs; daughter, Velvet Ivy (Tony) of Malvern; brothers, Gary Williams of Alabama, Randy Williams (Lisa) of Alabama, Ricky Williams of Alabama, and Darrell Williams of Hot Springs; sister, Karen Williams of Arkadelphia; grandchildren, Magen Allen (Jeremy), Matt Garner (Jennifer), Mack Ivy and Chase Ivy; great-grandchildren, Lane Allen, Brodie Allen, Evie Allen, Eli Allen, Montana Garner and Houston Garner and numerous nieces and nephews.

Graveside services will be on Tuesday, August 16 at 10:00am at Prairie Bayou Cemetery with Greg Garner and Shawn Garner officiating.  Pallbearers will be her grandchildren.
