Joyce Kay, age 83, of Malvern, AR, passed away on Monday, June 9, 2025 in her home. She was born on June 23, 1941 in Malvern, the daughter of Doil and Sarah Floyd Riggan. She has been a lifelong member of Reyburn Creek Missionary Baptist Church. She was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother. Joyce enjoyed spending time with her kids and grandkids, cooking, farming, and loved to sing.

Joyce is preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Travis Riggan, Vencil Riggan, and Truman Riggan.

Left to cherish her memory, loving husband Danny Kay of Malvern; son, David Suggs (Sheral) of Malvern; daughters, Tammie Rogers (Kenny) of Malvern, Stenna Gaither (Tracey) of Bismarck, and Alicia Kay (Brian) of Jacksonville; sister, UnaFaye Earnest of Malvern;13 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Friday, June 13th from 1-2pm, with the Funeral Service starting at 2pm at Regency Funeral Home, with Bro. Todd Bray and Bro. Tyler Bray officiating.
