Katherine Marie Lunsford age 79, of Malvern, passed away Saturday, May 25, 2024 at CHI St. Vincent in Hot Springs. She was born January 18, 1945 to William and Johnnie Sandifer Evans.

Katherine was a lifelong member of the Missionary Baptist Church. She was a nurse, retiring from Baptist Medical Center in Arkadelphia.

She loved her family and grandchildren. Katherine enjoyed cooking.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Troy Dean Lunsford Sr., a son, Arnold Lunsford, two sisters, Barbara Davenport and Lucille McKenzie and one brother, Alfred Evans.

Survivors are one daughter, Teresa Pilcher (Dale); stepson, Troy Lunsford Jr.; stepdaughter, Terry Lunsford; nine grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren, and one sister, Linda Brown.

Celebration of life service will be 3:00 until 4:30 PM Saturday, June 1st at Antioch Assembly of God with Rev. Danny Bell officiating.
