Katherine Draper Richardson, age 81, of Malvern, AR, passed away on January 29, 2025. She was born on February 17, 1943 in Hensley, AR, the daughter of Henry and Katherine Hopper Draper Sr. She worked as a bookkeeper for H.H. Draper & Sons Inc. for 20 years then went on to work for Ouachita School District as a bookkeeper for 22 years before she retired. Katherine was a member of Ouachita Missionary Baptist Church. She also loved to read.

Katherine is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Sammie Richardson; sister, Donna Ivy; and brother Harrison Draper.

Left to cherish her memory, brother, Robert Draper (Shirley) of Malvern; sister in-law, Hedi Draper of Malvern; nephews, Tony Ivy (Velvet), Michael Draper (Mary) Bart Draper (Kristal); nieces, Tina Cope, Robin Sales (Jay), Abby Tuggle (Josh), Penny Draper, and Carrie Kosienski; and numerous great nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, Feb. 1st from 1-2pm at Regency Funeral Home Chapel, with the funeral service starting at 2pm, with Bro. Ricky Miller officiating. Burial to follow at Pleasant Hill Cemetery,

Pallbearers are Tony Ivy, Bart Draper, Colton Newton, Mack Ivy, Chase Ivy, and Blaine Tuggle.
