Kim Dockins, 64, of Malvern, went to be with Jesus on August 17, 2025.  Kim was born to Roy and Voncille Woods and was the oldest of three children.  She was married to the love of her life, Jay Dockins, for almost 38 years and they were in full-time ministry for most of that time.

Kim's love for singing in church, a desire to help others and lead them to Christ fueled her life.  We know this transition is sad to those who remain and she is already missed.  However, we revel in the hope and reality of Heaven for those who have confessed Jesus as Lord.  We rejoice in knowing she is in Heaven and we have the assurance that we will meet again!  This hope is not only for Kim, but also for anyone who will put their faith in Jesus and confess Him as Lord of their life! If you have not received Jesus as Lord, may today be the day that you surrender your life to Him and experience the freedom, joy, peace and abundance that only Christ can provide! Romans 10:9-10.

Preceding her in death are her parents, Roy and Voncille Woods and her husband Jay.

Kim is survived by one son, Jonathan Dockins (Sara) of Fayetteville, AR; a brother, Steven Woods (wife, Dana) of Malvern, AR; a sister, Kellie Jones (husband, Butch) of Benton, AR; 3 nieces and nephews, Hayden Woods of Malvern, AR; Kaitlyn Roberts (husband, Austin) of Canton, MS; Grant Jones of Benton, AR; and an aunt, Brenda Cotten (husband, Lee) of Poyen, AR.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, August 23rd, at the Poyen Assembly of God Church, at 10 am with Rev. Hayden Woods officiating.
