Linda Mae Shovan, age 73, of Malvern passed away December 30, 2021.  She was born June 6, 1948 in Tupelo, MS to Rabon and Charlie Mae Parmer Henderson.  Linda attended White Hall Pentecostal Church and was a homemaker.  Other than her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Huey "Buddy" Shovan; son, Paul Pierce Shovan; daughter, Linda Renee Shovan Cox and brother, James Earl Henderson.  Linda loved her family and to have them around her.

Survivors include her son, William Ray Shovan of Rison; daughter, Darla (Darren) Edwards of Malvern; brother, Marion Franklin (Wanda) Henderson of Rison; grandchildren, Stephanie (Ryan) Armstrong, Tyler (Brianna) Turner, Ashleigh Cox, Talor (Dustin) Weatherly, William Ray Shovan Jr, Jaclyn (James) Harrison and Tara Edwards; great grandchildren, Brynlee Turner, Blade Turner, Sawyer Armstrong, Ravyn Armstrong, Renee' Cox, Sloan Harrison, Charleigh Armstrong and Clayden Weatherly.

Services will be held Thursday, January 6 at Regency Funeral Home at 2:00pm with visitation from 1:00-2:00pm before service. Pallbearers will be Franklin Henderson, Bubba Henderson, Chris Hollemon, Brandon Doss, James Harrison, William Ray Shovan Jr. and Ryan Armstrong.   Burial will be held in the Center Campground Cemetery in the Prague Community near Sheridan.
