Margaret Edwards Walker, 91, of Poyen passed away on Friday, July 1, 2022 at her home.  She was born February 1, 1931, in Poyen, the daughter of the late Luther "Luke" and Essie West Edwards.  Margaret enjoyed canning, especially for the fair.  Other than her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, J.D. Walker; brothers, Loyd Edwards and Ordas Lee Edwards; sister, Mildred Davis and grandson, Jeff Lamkins.

Survivors, sons, Robert Walker (Carol) of Poyen and Ricky Walker (Kathy) of Poyen; daughter, Betty Lamkins of Poyen; grandchildren, Annette Vining, Jason Walker (Vicki), Brandy Langley (Kenneth), Josh Walker and Sheri Oden (RL); 19 great grandchildren, 23 great greatgrandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.

Graveside services will be Saturday, July 2 at 2:00pm at Lindsey-Poyen Cemetery with Brother Ronnie Hardin officiating.
