Mary Beth Horn, age 74, of Hot Springs, formerly of Malvern, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, July 1, 2026, surrounded by her loving family.  She was born June 10, 1952, in Pine Bluff, AR, to the late Jim and Mary Evelyn (Davis) O'Neal. She was a member of the Malvern High School Class of 1970.  She was a mother and homemaker.  Beth was an active member of New Life Church in Hot Springs and was a leader in Bible Study Fellowship. She was a talented artist who loved painting and transforming items into works of art. Beth enjoyed traveling abroad many times with her daughter and playing cards with close friends.

Preceding her in death are her parents, Jim and Mary Evelyn Davis O'Neal and her son, Drew Horn.

Left to cherish her memory are her husband of 55 years, Dale Horn; son, Dale Horn II (Felice) of Hot Springs; daughter, Elli Horn of Hot Springs; brothers, Jim O'Neal (Charlene) of Fayetteville and Gary O'Neal (Pam) of Hot Springs; and grandchildren, Dale Horn III, Mack Story, and Bliss Story.

Visitation will be held Monday, July 6, from 6:00 – 8:00 PM at Regency Funeral Home.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Tuesday, July 7, at 10:00AM, at Regency Funeral Home with Bro. Ron Ballard and Bro. Corey Cangelosi officiating. Burial to follow at Rockport Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Clint McGue, Chad McGue, Mack Story, Jimmy Wright, Mark Kindy, and John Tanner.

Honorary Pallbearers are Dorsey Glover, Elgin Hamner III, Maxon McGue, and Juda Cangelosi.
