Maxine Glaze, 87, of Malvern passed away on Sunday, March 19, 2023.  She was born April 16, 1935, in Arkadelphia, the daughter of the late James Alex "Jim" and LaVada Shaw Gordon.  Maxine enjoyed playing bingo, reading her bible and was a Christian lady.  Other than her parents, she is preceded in death by her grandson, B.J. Glaze.

Survivors, son, Billy Jack Glaze (Sherry) of Rockport; daughter, Glenda Glaze of Malvern; brothers, Carroll Gordon (Carlene) of Arkadelphia and Gale Gordon of Crossett; sister, Geraldine "Gerry" Kimbrough of Los Angles, California; grandchildren, Max McDougal (Carol), Steven McDougal (Jana), Justyn Bond, Jennifer Glaze, Cullen Glaze, Jennifer Bell (Travis) and Janessa Martin (Erick) ; great grandchildren, Makyla Thornberry (Scott), Magan McDougal, Gabby Munson (DC), Hunter McDougal, Collin Duncan, Cristen Duncan and Sydney Bell; two great-great grandchildren, Ava Thornberry and Charli Munson and numerous nieces and nephews.

Graveside services will be held Saturday, March 25 at 2:00pm at Rockport Memorial Gardens with Brother Ron Hutson officiating.  Visitation will begin at 1:30 at the cemetery.  Honorary pallbearers will be her grandchildren, great grandchildren, Amberwood Health and Rehab nurses and staff, Cletis Riggan, Linda Saunders, Wanda Rogers, and Dana Bailey.
