Mildred Faye McCool, 94, of Malvern passed away on Thursday, April 28, 2022 at Encore Nursing and Rehab.  She was born November 23, 1927, in Norphlet, AR, the daughter of the late Ernest and Zada Donahue Burks.  Mildred was a member of First Baptist Church in Malvern.  Other than her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Elmo McCool.

Survivors include her sons, Ronald McCool (Judy) of Malvern and Robert McCool (Ann) of Eureka Springs; sisters, Alberta and Shirley; grandchildren, Bob McCool (Kim), Shay Fortune (Mark) and Ryan McCool; great-grandchildren, Robert McCool, Chandler McCool, Tyler McCool, Matthew McCool, Derrick McCool, Danny McCool, Dreake McCool, Annie Fortune and Clements Fortune; great-great-grandchildren, Max McCool and numerous nieces and nephews.

Graveside services will be held Saturday, April 30 at 1:00pm at Shadowlawn Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to First Baptist Church in Malvern.
