Neona Treadway, age 67, of Glen Rose, AR, passed away in her home on October 19, 2023. She was born in Wynne, AR, on December 18, 1955, the daughter of Thomas and Gladys Howell Kay.  Neona was the owner of Capitol Title Co. in Little Rock, AR and enjoyed fishing in her down time.

Neona is preceded in death by her parents, Thomas and Gladys Kay, and her brother, David Lynn Kay.

Left to cherish in her memory; son, Willie Treadway; brother, Daniel "Danny" Kay (Joyce) of Glen Rose, AR; numerous grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.

Private family services will be held at a later date.
