Nora Briner Manis Bowdle, age 82, of Malvern AR, passed away on December 14, 2023, in her home. She was born on January 21, 1941, in Princeton, AR, the daughter of Roscoe and Tennie Mae Efird Briner. Nora enjoyed taking care of her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, they were her world. She also enjoyed sewing and was a part of the Assembly of God Faith. Nora was married to Jimmy Manis for 34 years until his death on Feb. 19, 1993. She was then married to Paul Bowdle for 13 years until his death on Sept. 27, 2008.

Nora is preceded in death by her parents; husbands, Jimmy Manis, and Paul Bowdle; son, Doyle G. Manis, brothers, Burl, Earl, J.D. and Ben Briner, sisters, Lorene Key, Maedell Henson, and Mary Lou Halpain.

Left to cherish her memory, son, Darrell Manis of Malvern; daughters, DaNita Foster (Steven) of Lead Hill, AR, Darlene Watson (Rick) of Pocahontas, Danell Kennedy (Darrell) of Malvern; stepson, Steven Bowdle of Malvern; "bonus" sons, Phillip Reeves (Janice) of Malvern, and Kenny Rucker (Sonya) of Beaufort, SC; sister, Carolyn Belford (Windell) of Blytheville, Lena McClung of Malvern, Linda Pace (Phillip) of Cabot, Frances Honeycutt (Floyd) of Malvern; step brother Raymond Robinson (Gail) of Morrilton; grandchildren, Nicholas Fuller (Bryn) of Benton, Joshua Manis (Brittany) of Malvern, Felicia Sharp (Stephen) of Malvern, Chrystal Keisler (James) of Haskell, Devin Manis of Little Rock, Blade Batchelor (Kaitlynn) of Wrightsville, Jordan Batchelor (Jena) of Poyen, Spencer Holland (Cameron) of Sheridan, Lakoda Caldwell of Malvern; great-grandchildren, Donnely, Eli, Norah and Arlo Fuller, Rylie Manis, Trista and Clay Sharp, Corla-Lee and Margo Manis, Olivia and Lila Keisler, Landon Diaz, Tatum and Whitley Holland, Brilyn, Aspyn, and Slate Batchelor; step grandchildren, Reece Watson(Laura) and Amber Watson (Curtis); 7 step great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be Sunday Dec. 17th from 5-7pm at Regency Funeral Home.

Funeral Service will be held on Monday, Dec. 18th at 10am, at Regency Funeral Home, with DaNita Foster and Curly Johnson officiating.

Burial to follow at Cooper Cemetery with Bro. Keith Pennington officiating.

Pallbearers are Nick and Donnely Fuller, Jordan and Blade Batchelor, Devin and Josh Manis, and Lakoda Caldwell.
