Norman W. Cloud, age 72 of the Fenter Community passed away June 25, 2023. He was born May 8, 1951, to Virgil and Loia Marie Copeland Cloud.  Norman was a Member of the Glen Rose Missionary Baptist Church.  He was a former member of the Haskell Hunting Club and like to fish and read.  He was preceded in death by his parents and sister Judie Berry.

Survivors include his wife Sondra Nichols Cloud to whom he married on October 18, 1984, three brothers: Roy (Jean) Cloud of Ozone, Ronnie (Anita) Cloud of Benton and Jerry Cloud of Haskell numerous nieces and nephews and two great nieces and one great nephew.

Visitation will be held June 30, 2023, from 6 to 8pm at Regency Funeral Home.

Graveside services will be Saturday July 1,2023 at 10:00am at Lindsey-Poyen Cemetery with Bro. Dillon Miller and Maxie Haynes officiating. A special thanks to Dr. Cawich, Dr. Nolen, Dr. Raja, Dr. Hardin, Dr. Hemming, Nurse Robin and the staff at Arkansas Heart Hospital in Little Rock.
