Norman Howard, 61, of the Willow community passed away on Friday, February 25, 2022 at his home.  He was born on October 9, 1960, in Little Rock, the son of the late Buster Howard and Charlene Hollinger.  Norman worked at Arkansas Electric in Little Rock.  Other than his parents, he is preceded in death by his brother, Chuck Howard.

Survivors include his wife, whom he married on February 15, 1985, Ruth Howard; son, Tony : brothers, Eddie Howard, John Howard, Ronnie Hemphill, Joe Hemphill and Buck Hemphill and his sister, Elizabeth Miller.

Funeral services will be on Tuesday, March 1 at 10:00am at Regency Funeral Home with Brother Walt Kirkman officiating.  Visitation will be one hour before service.  Burial will follow at Lone Tree Cemetery in Stuttgart.
