Patrick Sexton, 71, of Magnet Cove passed away on Monday, October 31, 2022 in Little Rock.  He was born January 17, 1951, in Malvern, the son of the late Clyde James and Avis Gill Sexton.  Other than his parents, he is preceded in death by his brother, Mike Sexton.  He earned his master's degree in Education and was a retired teacher and principal at Malvern School District.  He enjoyed fishing, hunting, woodworking, and carpentry work.

Survivors, wife of 49 ½ years, Ginger Blevins Sexton; sons, Christopher Sexton (Ashley) and Matthew Sexton (Emily); grandchildren, Hannah Sexton, Lily Sexton, Emma Sexton, Garrett Sexton and Bella Sexton; nieces and nephew, Stacey Sexton, Aaron Sexton, Mindy Sexton, James Wells, John Wells and Todd Franks and Neil Franks.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, November 3 at 10:30am at First Southern Baptist Church of Magnet Cove with Brother Chris Sexton and Brother Aaron Polk officiating.  Visitation will be held from 9:30am until service time.  Burial will follow at Magnet Cove Cemetery.  Pallbearers will be Garrett Sexton, Stacey Sexton, Scotty Hammonds, Matt Sexton and Chris Sexton.

Honorary pallbearers will be Sonny Crumby, Harvey Sheppard, Ivan Holloway, Mike Wells, Jim Paul Franks, Scott Hammonds, Jeff Price and Magnet Cove Cemetery Association.
