Patsy Ruth Bailey, age 85, of Malvern, AR, passed away November 8, 2023. She was born on January 24, 1938, in Malvern, AR, the daughter of William and Etta Wilson Galloway. She was a homemaker and also worked as a bookkeeper for Bailey Trucking for many years. Patsy was a member of the North Malvern Assembly of God. She enjoyed quilting, crocheting, and sewing.

She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Lecil (Bug) Bailey; daughter, Debbie Malone; and granddaughter, Amanda Malone Browning; brother, William P. Galloway Jr.; sisters, Lillian Fitzhugh, Bobbie Hoover, and Dovia Walters.

Left to cherish in her memory: son, Chris Bailey (Stacey) of Malvern; sister, Loretta Hughes; grandchildren, Abby Shrum (Hunter), Marty Malone (Kim); great-grandchildren, Markinson Malone, Maicey Browning and Claire Davis; great-great-grandchild, Kulture Leigh Price; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Monday November 13th from 1-2pm, with the service starting at 2pm, at Regency Funeral Home with Rev. Keith Pennington officiating. Burial will be at Rockport Cemetery.

Pallbearers are Matthew Keenan, Matt Hughes, Gary Buck, and Philip Davis.
